Meditation for the Original You (for your strength and depth)
Instructions: Start by tuning in: Ong Namo Guru Dev Namo
Interlace the fingers, then flip them inside out and straighten your arms in front of you.
There will be three breath changes during this meditation: The first breath is a one minute breath (20 second inhale; 20 second hold; and 20 second exhale). That is the goal but doing 10/10/10 or 5/5/5 is okay, too, as we increase out capacity just keep it even and equal (inhale/hold/exhale) The secondbreath is inhale through the nose and canon breath exhale through the mouth. The third breath is inhale hold and pump the naval point as long as you can, then exhale through the nose and go again. Then we streeeeeeetch the hands and fingers out in front of us three times. And then bring your arms in, pointer finger up, thumb holds the other fingers down and circle outward as fast as you can. Focus your eyes on the tip of your nose so it will look like they are closed but you are seeing the tip of your nose.
