We have created a membership that offers you unlimited access to Six Kundalini Yoga classes for the entire month. You can choose to mix and match or do the same class every day. Classes will change monthly with a new set of six uploaded every month.

Each class is taught by Courtney Gebhart, a Kundalini practitioner of 30 years and KRI Certified Kundalini Yoga & Meditation teacher. We begin with a warm up and Kriya set to move energy in very specific ways, to open blockages, and expand ourselves. Then we do a relaxation and a meditation that usually involves chanting.

Just like you brush your teeth and shower, Kundalini Yoga is the perfect “bath” for your brain. Connecting to your breath and moving quiet your mind so that you can hear your intuition, gain clarity, focus, and re-energize your body and mind. Yes, you will see physical improvement in flexibility, balance, and strength. But you will also feel mentally refreshed, focused, calm, and ready to tackle your challenges. Kundalini is the yoga for the Grisht Ashram, the householder, the person with kids, husbands, wives, careers . . . people with everyday stresses and a full plate. It is a short cut to living consciously and being in the present moment.
