When Yogi Bhajan brought Kundalini Yoga to America from India in the late 60's It was with the intention of teaching Americans how to relax. To relax our nervous systems, our glandular systems and our mind. Kundalini Yoga is for the Grisht Ashram, the householder, the person with kids, husbands, wives, careers, driving the 405 and the 101 - people with everyday stress. It has been a tool that I have used to help me through my biggest life challenges. My teacher Guru Singh continues to elevate and expand my growth as a teacher, coach, mom....human!

I love chanting because it is impossible to hold any thoughts in your mind while you chant. It is the perfect “bath” for your brain. Clearing your mind is so important to be able to live consciously, to get out of our “rut” of thoughts that don’t help us. It enables us to be clear so that we can make choices that promote our happiness.
